About the Role This unique role owns how digital work gets done across BMO Global Asset Management. This is a digital-first leadership role accountable for day-to-day execution, workflow ownership, and delivery outcomes across GAM’s digital ecosystem. The role exists to ensure digital initiatives move from intake to execution to publication efficiently, consistently, and compliantly.

This is not a Product Owner or Business Analyst role.

This is a hands-on digital operations leadership role with accountability for people, process, and delivery results.

What You’ll Be Accountable For Digital Operations & Workflow Ownership

Own the end-to-end digital operating model across GAM, including intake, prioritization, workflow, approvals, publishing, and postdelivery follow-through.

Have a key understanding of digital infrastructure and how workflows across CMS, MarTech stacks, and data analytics platforms, vendors, and internal teams.
