Work setup: Full onsite

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Dayshift

Role Overview

The Director of Operations will lead and manage the Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development functions, ensuring strong alignment with the company's overall strategy and revenue objectives. This role is accountable for driving operational efficiency, financial performance, and sustainable growth across medium to large-scale operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder

• With least 10 years of experience in sales operations, business development, and sales data analysis ; including 5 years in a director-level leadership role within medium to large organizations

• Proven experience handling operations with 500–1000 FTEs

• Industry background in Motorcycle, Automotive, Retail, or similar environment is highly preferred
