Director, Global Privacy

The Privacy compliance function is responsible for helping to ensure regulatory compliance effectiveness throughout Manulife by developing compliance programs, standards, and practices, and facilitating the implementation and accountability of these programs, standards, and practices.

The Director, Global Privacy, reports to the Deputy Global Chief Privacy Officer and is tasked with providing advice, guidance, management and monitoring of the global privacy program.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Developing and maintaining program documents, processes, and workflows to support the ongoing adoption of the global privacy program across Manulife’s businesses.
+ Leading the management of privacy issues as they arise, including working with Privacy Legal Counsel, Chief Privacy Officers, and Chief Compliance Officers as appropriate.
