**Job Summary:**

The Director of Segmentation is responsible for developing and leading Walgreens’ enterprise strategy for store and customer level segmentation. This role ensures that each Walgreens store reflects the unique needs of the communities it serves by shaping localized assortment, space allocation, and merchandising strategies built from demographic, geographic, and behavioral insights. This director role is accountable for building and leading a high-performing segmentation team.

This leader partners across Merchandising, Space Planning, Store Operations, Marketing, Data & Analytics, Real Estate, and Finance to translate insights into actionable strategies that enhance relevance, profitability, and customer experience. The role ensures that any added operational complexity driven by localization is balanced with financial return and strategic value.
