Role Responsibilities
As Engineering Director- Digital Platform in Pune, you will integrate and deploy highly scalable software platforms to meet Western Union’s strategic initiatives. You will constantly pursue and learn innovative solutions, build awareness of open-source technologies and communities that enable high-volume low-latency systems.
Define Strategic Vision & Roadmap: Lead the long term vision and technology strategy for digital platform engineering, aligning it with business goals and influencing roadmap priorities.
Drive Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, Product, and Operations teams across the enterprise to co-shape product strategy, and technical solutions.
