We're actively seeking an experienced Director Technology & Operations to lead our Technology & Operations business area into the future.
As Director T&O at Banqsoft, you’ll play a pivotal role in steering the success of our Technology & Operations teams. Leading managers and specialists across Oslo, Sandefjord, Stockholm, and Gdansk, you’ll be responsible for driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and delivering exceptional value to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring stable operations, strategic planning, performance management, and cross-unit collaboration to execute Banqsoft’s goals and ensure we remain at the forefront of financial technology solutions. The role reports to CEO.
