Disability Support Worker

We are seeking committed and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team in a permanent part-time role supporting customers in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Bracken Ridge and North Brisbane areas for 20–30 Hours per Week | Awake Shifts | Penalty Rates!

This role includes awake overnight shifts and access to penalty rates, offering stable hours and the opportunity to make a real difference by delivering outcomes daily for people with complex needs.

About the Role

You will provide 1:1 and small group supports to customers with complex behaviours, guided by Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans and person-centred practices. Support includes in-home care, overnight supervision, personal care, and community participation. Flexibility across day, afternoon/evening, and awake overnight shifts is essential.
