Main Activities and Responsibilities

• Accountable for business and project delivery of high quality engineering design and drafting of major roads and other transport projects and meet revenue projection and client expectation.
• Provides necessary technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the bridges and civil structures design and drafting staff to assure total quality of all engineering efforts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Resource staff ahead of time to align with the forecasted pipeline.
