Roles & Responsibilities Dispatch Supervisor (Precast Yard & Logistics) Take complete ownership of day-to-day dispatch operations within the precast yard, ensuring timely movement of precast elements to project sites as per erection schedules. Plan and coordinate trailer positioning, loading sequences, and dispatch schedules to maximize productivity and minimize vehicle waiting time. Supervise loading activities involving heavy precast elements such as beams, columns, wall panels, girders, and structural components. Coordinate closely with crane operators, riggers, yard teams, and transport contractors to ensure safe and efficient loading operations. Verify dispatch schedules, element identification codes, barcodes, RFID tags, and loading documentation before releasing materials from the yard.
