• Coordinate and dispatch shipments within Laredo.
• Schedule and track pickups, deliveries, and border crossings.
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse personnel.
• Monitor load progress and provide updates to customers in real time.
• Resolve transit issues, delays, or unexpected changes efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in company systems.
