**Position Summary**

In this you will be responsible for overseeing and managing distribution employees in your team to achieve the day to day and monthly sales target

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Ensure product flow in a timely manner and that product flow problems are identified early and are proactively resolved
+ Ensure to gain new customers to compensate quite customers or to increase efficiency of route.
+ Follow up with customers’ complaints to resolve their issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
