Role Description
* Lead, coach, and manage a team of Medical Representatives
* Achieve sales targets and business objectives within the assigned area
* Develop strong relationships with dermatologists, clinics, and key accounts
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
* Prepare sales reports and follow up on team performance
* Create and implement effective sales plans to grow market share
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or derma field
