DLP Operations Leadership

• Lead day‑to‑day DLP monitoring, investigation, incident response, and escalation activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for DLP operations.
• Drive operational maturity by defining and tracking SLAs, KPIs, and response timelines.
• Assess risk and determine business impact of data leakage incidents.
• Lead, mentor, and review work of junior DLP analysts.
• Coordinate with SOC, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams during DLP incidents.
• Handle business exceptions, risk acceptance decisions, and policy escalations.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong spoken English with the ability to lead discussions and incident calls.
