Document Solution Lead (Smart COMM, XML, Must)

Role: Document Solution Lead

Duration: 8+ Months (Possible Extension)

Hybrid: (2 to 03 Days on-Site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and lead end-to-end document generation solutions using SmartCOMM.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable document solutions.
• Lead and mentor developers, perform code reviews, and ensure best practices.
• Integrate SmartCOMM with upstream and downstream systems (policy, claims, correspondence).
• Support document lifecycle management including templates, rules, data mapping, and output delivery.
• Collaborate with QA, business, and architecture teams to ensure timely delivery.
