Documentation Analyst (Import/Export)

The Documentation Analyst (Import / Export) is mainly responsible for:

• Providing BL related service or information, solutions and relevant details to customers.
• Inbound Delivery Order Releasing

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible in coordinating Bill of Ladings (BL) and its regulations with counterparts and local legal departments with concerned groups.
• Monitors outstanding Shipping Instructions (S/I).
• Responsible in ensuring completeness, correctness and timely releasing of Delivery Order.
• Attends to inquiries thru e-mail or live chat and ensures proper monitoring of emails from offshore and customers regarding queries, incomplete/lacking details in the Shipping Instructions (S/I), concerns of clients regarding BL and Billing Invoice and any Import/Export related concerns.
