Language Requirements: English / Bahasa Melayu / Mandarin Speakers

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to engage prospects and promote financial or banking services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product options.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective closing strategies.
• Update and maintain customer information accurately in the system.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or higher qualification with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in telesales.
• Strong verbal communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Confident, persuasive, and able to handle objections professionally.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy required.
