Job Summary
XAD Technologies Pakistan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Regional Project Manager (DRPM) to support regional telecom operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing field teams, coordinating with customers, ensuring compliance with project standards and procedures, and preparing management reports to support operational excellence and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise telecom field teams to ensure smooth project execution and achievement of operational targets.
Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to address project requirements, escalations, and service-related issues.
Ensure compliance with Huawei standards, protocols, SOPs, and ISDP guidelines during project implementation.
Monitor project progress, quality, productivity, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
