DRAFTER (CONSTRUCTION)

Position: Drafter

• Prepare shop drawings, fabricate drawing, As-built drawings
• Model development, construction, documentation and production techniques
• Assist in general quantity surveying duties such as pre/post contract duties, taking‑off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of cost and tender administrative duties and Material Inquiries & procurement
• Monitor the site progress, and confirm sub‑contractors, vendors and suppliers’ obligations.

• Bachelor in construction‑related, civil engineering field
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of structural will be beneficial
• Academic in relevant structure steel, building/engineering
• Familiarity with all construction trades and practical aspects of architectural joinery works an advantage
• Proficiency in Tekla Software, AutoCAD, Revit
