Role Description
Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities
- Prepare and update ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Revise and maintain drawings as required, ensuring corrections and modifications are implemented according to supervisor directives.
- Produce high-quality, accurate drawings independently, conducting thorough reviews and quality checks prior to submission.
- Collaborate closely with Site Engineers/ Project Managers to resolve drawing details and incorporate client-requested sketches or modifications.
- Organize and maintain comprehensive drawing records and reports for efficient access and reference.
- Develop BIM MEP (Building Information Modelling for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) models and work with the BIM Coordinator to meet client specifications and requirements.
