Draftsman

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Draftsman** to join our engineering team in **Crane, IN** . This is an **onsite** position.

In this role, you will help our engineering team translate complex concepts into precise technical drawings and models. As a vital member of the design process, you will support the development of Technical Data Packages (TDPs) for mechanical and mission systems, ensuring every design meets stringent military standards and is optimized for the full equipment lifecycle.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Create high-fidelity 3D models and detailed 2D engineering drawings using SolidWorks while ensuring compliance with ASME Y14.5 (GD&T) standards and managing version control
+ Support the development of comprehensive Technical Data Packages (TDPs), including assembly, sub-assembly, and detailed part drawings for military applications
