HGV Driver Trainer

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000

Location: Ridding, DE55 4BR

Hours: based on 45 hours per week Mon - Fri (flexibility required for early starts / shifts)

We're looking for an experienced Driver Trainer to join the Silver X Group and play a key role in improving driver performance, safety, and compliance across our mixed HGV fleet. This is a hands‑on role for a credible, professional driver who enjoys coaching others and raising standards.

You’ll work closely with Transport, Compliance, and Warehouse teams to develop confident, compliant drivers and reduce incidents, costs, and risk across the operation.
