Role Summary
Looking for a Dynatrace L2/L3 Support Engineer for a Sustenance role, with strong experience in configuration, monitoring, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for Dynatrace platform
- Handle configuration, setup, and troubleshooting of Dynatrace (One Agent, dashboards, alerts)
- Monitor application performance and ensure system stability
- Analyze alerts, identify root causes, and provide fixes
- Work on incident management, problem resolution, and escalations
- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams
- Maintain documentation and support continuous improvements
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Dynatrace (APM tool)
- Hands-on in configuration & implementation (One Agent installation)
