Dynatrace L2/L3 Support Engineer

for a

Sustenance role , with strong experience in

configuration, monitoring, and issue resolution .

Key Responsibilities
Provide

L2/L3 support

for Dynatrace platform
Handle

configuration, setup, and troubleshooting

of Dynatrace (One Agent, dashboards, alerts)
Monitor application performance and ensure system stability
Analyze alerts, identify root causes, and provide fixes
Work on

incident management, problem resolution, and escalations
Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams
Maintain documentation and support continuous improvements
