E commerce Executive

Job Title – E-commerce Executive – Quick Commerce & Marketplace

Working days and timings - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

Location – Ahmedabad HO

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Planning & Coordination

• Plan and maintain optimum inventory levels across Mother Warehouse, 3PL facilities, and Marketplace FCs.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for timely replenishment of fast-moving SKUs.
• Monitor ageing inventory, slow-moving stock, and notify the team for liquidation/discount planning.
• Forecast weekly & monthly inventory requirements based on sales trends, seasonality, and promotions.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory in Uniware/OMS vs Marketplace portals.

2. Marketplace Operations & Coordination

• Act as the single point of contact for marketplace category/account managers.
