E – commerce executive

Job Purpose: An E-commerce Executive drives online sales growth, manages content across all platforms, and optimizes user experience to increase traffic and conversions. As an E-Commerce Executive you would be required to maintain product listings, analyze sales performance metrics, and implement digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing for accuracy, consistency, and appeal Use tools like Google Analytics to track metrics such as conversion rates, traffic, and ROI, creating reports to inform strategy Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention Improve search visibility through SEO and SEM techniques and handle technical troubleshooting of the e-commerce platform Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to oversee order fulfilment and ensure timely delivery Ensure that stocks ar...
