E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operation of the stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok platforms
• Manage product information and content, store layout, campaigns
• Regularly collected sales data, inventory data, traffic analysis, return reports and the likes
• Addressing after sales concerns and issues together with the whole e-commerce team
• Prepare ad hoc tasks that maybe assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Work experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and other ecommerce platforms would be an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administrative or relevant field
• Fluent in English and Tagalog
• Understand the logic of livestreaming e-commerce and be able to plan effective live streaming activities
• Strong interpersonal skills, written, and oral communication skills
