E & I - Electrical Foreman - Multifamily Construction

Are you a driven electrical leader with a track record of executing high-quality builds? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Foreman to head our field operations for upcoming multifamily residential projects in Calgary and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and mentor a field crew of 5–15 electricians and apprentices, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
• Collaborate closely with General Contractors and other sub-trades (framing, mechanical, etc.) to ensure seamless workflow and maintain project timelines.
• Accurately read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams, ensuring all installations strictly adhere to the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC).
• Oversee material take-offs and tool inventories. Execute precise layouts for suites, common areas, and service rooms.
