An Australian field services business with a team of around eight, operating across New South Wales. They work in a specialist technical trade, serve a mix of commercial and residential clients, and have grown quickly from a sole operator to a coordinated team. The business is structured, practical, and moving fast to formalise the systems that underpin its next stage of growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and document the core operating procedures from scratch — dockets and timekeeping, job start-up and closeout, field coordination, and admin workflows.
• Run structured testing of the docket and timekeeping system (SiteMate/Dashpivot/FlowSite) , identify issues, coordinate fixes with the vendor, gather field team feedback, and roll it out company-wide.
