Job Title: eCommerce Content Manager

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented eCommerce Content Manager to drive and execute online content strategy across a premium retail environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in digital content, customer journeys, and eCommerce optimisation.
Responsibilities

• Manage the quality and execution of all eCommerce imagery, video, and digital content
• Coordinate product shoots and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines
• Develop and optimise personalised customer journeys across digital channels
• Work closely with digital and marketing teams on SEO, GEO, and CRO initiatives
• Analyse customer journey performance and provide regular reporting and insights
• Support A/B testing and ongoing website content optimisation
