Ecommerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing & Catalog Management:

• Create, update, and optimize product listings on the ecommerce platform.
• Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Manage product categories and optimize product visibility for better sales performance.

Order Processing:

• Monitor and manage online orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and shipment.
• Resolve customer order issues, returns, and exchanges in a professional and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for seamless order fulfillment.

Sales & Performance Monitoring:

• Analyze online sales data and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to assess performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase conversions, average order value, and customer retention.
