• Sales Performance Analysis (Bau & Campaigns)
• Voucher & Ads Performance Analysis & Cost to Sales
• Product (SKU, Category) Performance Analysis
• Fulfillment & Delivery SLAs
• Performance Optimization to determine point of diminishing returns on Ads & other marketing spend

Platform/s Sales Management

• Ensure sales performance meet targets
• Secure consistent visibility of products in all managed platforms
• Handle day to day sales & marketing activities
• Gather insights on competitor activities
• Claims management with all platforms
• Project management

eCommerce Marketing

• Manage marketing activities including planning & execution of Ads and Live Selling for all platforms
