About the Role

The Shop Operator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling overall chat support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the store's operations
• Upload and update the new product listing
• Managing inventory of the shop
• Responsible for campaigns and promotion tools
• Ads strategy and data analyze
• Tracking competitor pricing
• Follows up on late shipments, and ensures the shop order fulfillment rate

Qualifications

• Has shop operation experience in Lazada, Shopee and Tiktok
• Knows how to use promotional tool
• Knows how to join the campaign
• Knows Stock Management
• Familiar with ERP to process orders
• Has customer service skills and is able to provide high-quality customer service
