EDUCATOR

As a Level 1 or 2 Educator, you will work under the guidance of the Director, Coordinator, and Lead Educators to support the delivery of high quality education and care. In this role, you will assist with the implementation of learning experiences aligned with the Educational Program, contribute to the wellbeing and daily routines of children, and help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment. You will collaborate with team members, build positive relationships with children and families, and actively develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing learning and reflective practice. At all times, you will be expected to learn, follow, and implement the service’s policies and procedures.
