Role Description

Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an EH&S Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Site.
Reporting to the EH&S Manager, EH&S Engineer role involves responsible for supporting the implementation of routine activities related to the efficient management of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) programs in Facilities and manufacturing sites to ensure that the required company and government standards and regulations are met.
What a typical day looks like:
Participate in meetings involving environmental safety, training, and awareness programs.
Daily EHS Surveillance Inspections: Focus on maintaining safe clearance distances (typically >7 meters for 230 kV) and ensuring the use of specialized Arc Flash PPE
Unsafe Condition Reporting: Identifying risks specific to high voltage, such as corona discharge, damaged insulators, or SF6 gas ...
