Role Description
The Director – Global EHS Center of Excellence (COE) is responsible for leading the company’s global Environment, Health & Safety strategy through governance, compliance, and capability development. This role directs the Global EHS COE, ensuring consistent standards, policies, and programs across all regions, and directly oversees the global compliance and governance function. The position drives excellence in safety performance, environmental stewardship, chemical management, sustainability, and security while supporting the company’s broader operational and ESG objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Governance
Lead the Global EHS Center of Excellence (COE), providing vision, strategy, and leadership to drive world-class EHS performance across all regions.
Define and implement the EHS Global Governance Framework, ensuring consistent policies, programs, and reporting systems.
