The role partners closely with plant leadership to align EHS strategy with operational excellence, sustainability initiatives, and long-term facility reliability. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role ideal for a safety professional who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments and enjoys making a measurable impact on people, processes, and performance.
Day-to-Day
Lead and execute site-wide EHS strategy aligned to business goals
Act as the on-site EHS expert with strong shop-floor visibility
Partner with Plant Manager and leadership on safety and operational priorities
Identify, assess, and mitigate workplace hazards
Drive ZERO HARM culture and safe work behaviors
