Job Description
We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to support and drive Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) excellence at our Little Waltham site. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you will work closely with operations and leadership teams to embed a proactive safety culture and ensure full compliance with UK legislation and ADM standards.

Key Responsibilities
Safety, Health & Environmental Management
Partner with the EHS Centre of Excellence (CoE) to deploy ADM’s SHE strategy with a goal of zero harm
Drive behavioural safety culture through effective training and engagement initiatives
Identify training needs and develop structured learning pathways across disciplines
Deliver SHE training programs for employees and contractors
Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with UK regulations and ADM standards across all departments
