EHS Manager

We are looking for an experienced EHS Manager to lead and strengthen our safety and environmental strategy. This role is key to ensuring regulatory compliance, driving a zero-incident culture, and continuously improving site performance. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, hands-on experience, and a proactive approach to risk prevention and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the EHS strategy with strong focus on accident prevention
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental policies and applicable regulations
• Manage and control the EHS annual budget
• Drive initiatives to strengthen safety culture and continuous improvement toward zero incidents
• Ensure compliance with STPS, CONAGUA, PROFEPA, SEMARNAT and local authorities requirements
