Role Description

As an Engineer in Offshore & Shipbuilding, you play a crucial role in creating safe, sustainable and efficient projects on or offshore. From shipbuilding to floating offshore platforms.
Responsibilities
In this role, you take the lead over the entire E&I 3D process. 
You coordinate E3D activities in close collaboration with project managers, lead designers, and other disciplines. 
You prepare resource plans, monitor progress, and actively steer performance based on results and KPIs. 
In addition, you ensure the quality of all deliverables and guarantee that designs meet the required standards and specifications. 
By nature, you play a key role in improving and standardizing 3D workflows. 
You initiate optimizations, promote automation, and ensure consistent working methods, templates, and best practices.
