The EL1 (ICT and Digital Solutions) is responsible for leading the design and development of the Maritime Single Window (MSW) information model and associated data architecture foundations to support delivery of the MSW program and related IT and digital initiatives. The role focuses on defining and harmonising data models and schemas across agencies, aligning to national and international maritime reporting obligations (including the IMO Compendium), and shaping how information is structured and exchanged between MSW and downstream systems. Key responsibilities include confirming business and regulatory requirements with stakeholders; developing and maintaining fit-for-purpose plans and delivery schedules for data architecture deliverables; establishing appropriate data access, governance, security and records arrangements; undertaking data stocktakes and mapping available data sources; assessing dat...
