**Job Title: Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisor**

**Overview**

We’re seeking an experienced E&I Supervisor to lead electrical and instrumentation maintenance in a plant environment. This role focuses on planning, prioritizing, and executing maintenance work safely and efficiently, with a strong emphasis on instrumentation and troubleshooting.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Lead daily maintenance planning and coordination with operations
+ Prioritize and schedule corrective and preventative maintenance
+ Supervise and support E&I technicians (4–5 team members)
+ Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues in real time
+ Build daily/weekly work schedules and monitor progress
+ Conduct field checks to ensure job readiness and safety
+ Coordinate with procurement on parts and vendor requirements
+ Use HMIs and control systems to monitor plant performance
