My client is on the lookout for an experienced FM/Building Services Quantity Surveyor/Estimator join the team.

As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the financial performance of contracts, providing robust cost control, accurate forecasting, and commercial insight to support operational excellence.
