Electrical Design Engineer

A client of mine within the renewable energy sector are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer for an initial 12 month freelance contract.

You need to be a Senior MV Electrical Design Engineer with strong experience in medium-voltage power systems to support the design and delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects including solar, wind, battery energy storage (BESS), and grid connection infrastructure .

Required Skills:

• Worked on MV electrical systems
• Utilities (Nice to have)
• Grid infrastructure
• MV switchgear
• Transformers
• Protection relays

Experience using engineering tools such as:

• ETAP
• DigSILENT PowerFactory
• EPLAN

The role is located in Helsinki and requires THREE days on site Monday/Friday.
