The Opportunity

We’re recruiting for an Electrical Bias M&E Engineer to join the on-site engineering team at a prestigious commercial office building in Glasgow. Key Responsibilities

* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the building

* Fault-finding and repairing electrical systems including lighting, power, emergency lighting, and distribution boards

* Supporting mechanical and HVAC plant including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and motors

* Conducting routine plant checks and ensuring building systems operate efficiently
