Role Description

Position Title: Electrical Engineer
Location: On-site (Manufacturing Facility)

Industry: Extrusion (Plastics, Metals, or Rubber)
Position Summary
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to support and improve electrical systems and controls within an extrusion manufacturing operation. This role will focus on maintaining and optimizing production equipment, supporting new line installations, and driving continuous improvement in a high-temperature, high-speed environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solutions-oriented, and experienced with industrial controls and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Design, troubleshoot, and improve electrical and control systems for extrusion lines and supporting equipment
Support PLC/HMI programming, debugging, and modifications (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar)
