Job Description Role Summary Own in-production engineering for SMPS products, driving reliability, quality, cost, and manufacturability improvements. Lead root cause analysis, component lifecycle management, compliance upkeep, and production support across global manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities Lead various electrical subjects – product testing, failure analysis, engineering improvements, quality and reliability matters. Collaborate with cross functional teams to sustain SWPS products through their lifecycles.
