Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Experience: 8+ Years (FM experience mandatory)

Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced Facility Manager – Electrical to manage end-to-end electrical operations & maintenance in commercial buildings, IT parks, hospitals, malls, or residential complexes. The role requires ensuring 24/7 power availability, managing PPM & CM activities, reviewing electrical installations, and supervising service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate & maintain HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, SMDB/DBs, and lighting systems
Ensure preventive, corrective & breakdown maintenance of electrical systems
