You will be the Electrical Engineering Manager for the Skunk Works Advanced Development Programs – Electrical Subsystems team which is responsible for delivering cutting‑edge electrical power solutions to historic aerospace projects.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Electrical Engineering Manager you will be responsible for leading a high‑performing electrical subsystem team while actively contributing technical expertise to Advanced Development Programs.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Define staffing needs, recruit top talent, and manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance reviews, and terminations.
