Job descriptions for the skilled helpers:

• They should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a power plant and be able to read, write, and understand basic English + Arabic and/or Urdu language to receive proper and clear instructions during the work.
• Ability to assist Electrical Technicians in the fieldwork.
• Experienced in the use of hand tools and power tools.
• Experience in working in confined spaces such as boiler, distiller, culvert, etc.
• Ability to work at heights on scaffolding, chimneys, high equipment, etc.
• Should have basic knowledge of electrical hazards and safety.
