At bpha, electrical safety isn't just a compliance requirement - it's a leadership responsibility. We're looking for an experienced, hands‑on Electrical Manager who can lead people fairly, stand up under pressure, and provide robust assurance across our electrical service.

This is a senior role, acting as bpha's Principal Duty Holder for Electrical Safety, with real ownership, influence and accountability.

The role

You'll lead the electrical service both strategically and operationally, taking responsibility for statutory compliance, safety governance and service performance across our housing stock.
